All discussions take place behind closed doors, creating a trusted and confidential space where members can openly share challenges, ideas, and strategies without concern. Together, we inspire growth, build stronger strategies, and encourage one another to reach new levels of success.

 Format 

• The format of the day is a speaker in the morning for 3-4 hours. 

• Sandwich lunch 

• Members issues in the afternoon. Members issues is a session where a member presents there issue which could be an business opportunity or business challenge or business problem to the group to get input from all the other members. This allows a detailed discussion on the topic to assist the member in dealing with and overcoming the issue of helping to maximise the opportunity that may exist and get a wide variety of view and inputs. 

 

Confidentiality 

All members must be in non-competing businesses to ensure there is no conflict of interest.
