Luke is the Co-founder of Beards & Daisies, an online plant retailer based in Essex. Founded with his partner Jo (also part of the group) the business has been running for 5 years (with very fast growth over lockdown) and now turns over circa £5m annually.

 

Luke previously Co-founded Tufferman with Richard Gundle (in the group) and worked with Richard for 7 or so years before leaving the business to join the family business.

 

Richard is also a NED at Beards & Daisies. Luke has three children and two grandchildren and regularly races single handed sailing dinghies.
