Selling everything from prayer plants to 1.8m palm trees direct to your door, whilst holding your hand through every step of plant parenthood. Beards & Daisies do the hard work, so you don’t have to.

The business includes a large gift category, a growing* subscription model (*no pun intended) along with one of the largest ranges of houseplants and pots in the UK.

Jo launched her first in a series of plant advice books in 2022 helping to further position Jo as an expert in the sector. Having left a career as a retail business manager in 2015 to start the business, Jo is both the work and real-life partner of Luke Barlow in the business group, combining both their digital and bricks and mortar experience has proved pivotal in their success.

Jo is still waiting for Luke’s marriage proposal after 9 years but is a proud step-mum to Luke’s 3 children.
