Lower Barn Farm, purchased in 1981 and officially established as a business in 1999, has been a cornerstone of our family's journey. Founded by Oronzo and Anne, who poured their hearts into every aspect of the business until 2010, it became more than just a livelihood—it was our way of life.

James, having started as a Saturday boy at the age of 14, found his calling within the farm's operations. After completing his Business degree at university, he eagerly joined his father and uncle, dedicating himself to the growth and success of the enterprise. 

At its peak, the business supported multiple generations of our family.

Since the incorporation of EVA UK in 1999, James has expanded his horizons, venturing into the digital realm with the establishment of three successful online ventures. Today, our commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive us forward, building upon the legacy established decades ago at Lower Barn Farm.

The last few years there has been a focus on improving the site, making it an inspirational place for someone looking to purchase a kitchen, fireplace or landscape material for their garden. 

There has been a recent return to renting out some of the space and tenants include a popular café: the laughing pear are attracting many people each day to visit.
